NAC Construction

NAC has amassed vast experience in construction from working in countries throughout the world and is truly an international organization. We are currently active in Pakistan, United Kingdom, Turkmenistan, Malaysia and U.A.E. NAC has also been involved in projects in the middle eastern region in countries such as, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Yemen, from 1981 up to 1993; therefore, having regional knowledge.

NAC’s scope of work has extended from all building types such as civil works, heavy civil works, structural works, super structure works, finishing works, refurbishments, highways, roads and bridges, building works, oil reservoir tunnels, decoration, airports, residential development to infrastructure projects like the telecommunication network in Pakistan. 

We have also worked as preferred main Sub-Contractor to some of the world’s leading construction organizations on prestigious projects. NAC’s notable accomplishments include the Presidential Palace in Ashgabat with French giant Bouygues, Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station in Malaysia with EKD Construction Sdn. Bhd, Army Canal Interchanges in Iraq with John Laing International (UK), Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Building Project in Iraq with Heliniki Tekiniki (Greece), MOFA Interior Decoration Project with Ministry of Construction and Planning Iraq, Kier International, Mcalpine, ABV Rock and numerous others.

NAC has attained a plethora of experience from entering the international construction scene.

The project that NAC took great pride in delivering recently is the KL Sentral Station, Kuala Lumpur. The total civil works package awarded to NAC was RM 125 million equal to USD $33 million.

NAC's ability to meet stringent datelines was proven when it delivered the project of 24 months, 3 months ahead of program.

“XKL” will be the world’s new air travel destination code recognized by the International Air Travel Association. KL Sentral Station is the Nation’s first virtual city airport that is equipped for passenger check-in and check out. It will be an international communication hub directly linked by rail to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and other parts of the city by light rail, commuter trains and road feeder systems.
